Competitive Pay: This is about the only con to consider working there. They think it's higher than job market when it's merely 'competitive'

I don’t have to start an OnlyFans to subsidise my earnings

Cons

Despite reporting to be welcoming of neurodiverse employees, it’s all lies. I have been warned with a performance improvement plan because I couldn’t act like somebody without my learning needs. They do not care about their staff, people are leaving or going on long term sick. Their values are only there to look good and in no way, shape or form do they stick to them.
