Nothing good It was like joining the moonies. I reckon if you have never had a desk job before the money will help you cope. if you are used to doing a good job what will drive you mad is the use of the word targets when they are actually KPIs, the discrimination towards anyone that does not fit their version of diversity, the blaring loud music every morning, the revolving door of new people. The management were both appalling, discriminatory, a bit like the DWP, will never be held responsible for their actions. " Management talking loudly to favourite staff about people they are sacking for no reason, the ridiculous lack of personal contact with excessive online nonsense for everything, the bullying, the favouritism. The environment was the most toxic I have ever experienced.

My manager was the most incompetent individual I ever worked with. She was lazy everything but supportive and extremely unprofessional. The senior management was threatening and very unfriendly. The company is heavily targets based and the team was extremely affected by the pressure coming from above. Procedures were changing on a weekly basis to the point that it was very difficult to keep track of everything!! For my was a very negative experience. My recommendation? Stay away from this org if you can
