Terrible management, completely detached and unappreciative of mental health issues. No support available, managers will ridicule you rather than trying to help. Totally a numbers game whereby you need to stick as many people as possible into terrible, low paying jobs. Proactivity is not encouraged. If you want to be the proverbial monkey in the cage then this is probably the right place for you. No allowance for holding opinions, if you don't fit the mould, you are gone quicker than you can say, well, anything. Raised a grievance against my manager, was terminated and promised I would hear back on the result of the grievance procedure - still waiting for this result.

I have witnessed clients with mental health disabilities who came from the Jobcenter to us on their own will (not mandatory) to receive help with finding work being discriminated. Case workers were sent to other offices to avoid having to see clients for appointments. Very double-faced company and management.
