Ingeus has a very good approach to work life balance. Looking after employees is the most difficult thing to do while still meeting the needs of the business. Ingeus has secured that balance very well. They run a very good expenses system to make sure employees are recouped for anything they have paid for and if a stay away from home, travel or other expense is needed I would go as far to say they are generous for the allowances an employee has. You will find that you are treated as an individual even though the organisation is very large. There is a great air of positivity from staff on all levels which creates a good environment for support and helps build confidence.

I've worked at Ingeus for the best part of a decade on numerous contracts for various commissioners. I'm really proud to work for an organisation that puts people first. Every contract I have worked on has been to help people and society - whether in the Employment field, the Skills and Training field or for Youth Services. I'm very proud to work for an organisation where the values align with the corporate objectives of helping others and improving society.
