Unrealistic targets. Support is not given. Loose job if target not reached. Job only safe on quarterly performance. Stressful. What the management don't realise is that you can only work with what you have got.high case loads genuinely thought I was there to help the unemployed but it's the outcomes (money from dwp they are interested in)

This company is TOXIC! There is absolutely no diversity and plenty of indirect discrimination from management. Overworked with unrealistic targets and minimum wage pay. Management rule with an iron fist, they insist on 5 days in the office in this hybrid climate, they like to control with fear and negativity... teams have allocated seats and are restricted to those seats, getting up and talking to a colleague from another team or being out of your seat is a major issue. Team leaders do not lead, they literally use the hardest worker to complete their work with no extra pay or incentives. Dont even think about speaking to them about being overworked and stressed, they strive off depleting your mental health and taking no accountability. They do not support you, the 1:1 they are expected to give never happens. HR do not exist here, you cant complain anywhere you'll lose your job for attempting. Management like yo have these informal meetings, that they do not book in, do not take notes for and have no 3rd party involved in. They then say the most ludacris illegal things and lie. Every employment law known to man is broken in this company. DWP will be removing this contract soon . Environment is Toxic, Management are discriminatory, offices are dirty and these participants are forced into work inorder to keep within your target without a care for their personal welfare. If you aren't Asian, forget applying its modern day slavery. This is a Sales job, you aren't helping anyone.
