Excellent Company to work for

Pros

This is a people people business and lots of progression to be had. The Learning and Development for staff and employees is always ongoing and needs are recognised. One of the better paid company's within the sector.

Cons

For me there are NO cons for working at Ingeus.

Nepotism is rife within the senior management team in the Employability Division. Unfortunately ability and endeavour count for nothing. Whilst Advisors are under threat of redundancy the SMT move into new roles regardless of their ability and experience. This is very demoralising for the teams who see this blatantly happening in front of them.
