Great support from co workers

Cons

Nepotism is rife within the senior management team in the Employability Division. Unfortunately ability and endeavour count for nothing. Whilst Advisors are under threat of redundancy the SMT move into new roles regardless of their ability and experience. This is very demoralising for the teams who see this blatantly happening in front of them.

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
