      Pros

      If u would like to experience racism, look no where else. Second time visited work and got myself being divided into separate rooms. The progression was based on favouritism. Purposely pull u down and bully you with toxic emails. Raised it with Hr multiple times but i guess they all in the same game. JETs was filled with people who knew each other from the start and hooked each other with a job. Unfortunately ingeus will fall eventually as the same ones will keep getting promoted and will pollute restart aswell. Oh and yeah u will only see women.

      I get a salary every month

      This company does not know what they are doing. There is absolutely no structure, they are constantly changing the way operations work. Have no clue who HR are, a lot of favouritism, if they like you, you get special treatment, a lot of managers have not ability to manage. A lot of threats if you don't do what they want you to do. They threaten to go back to 5 day working in the office, currently on 3 days in office and 2 days WFH. You only get 30 minutes lunch break even though we work 9 - 5. Don't work for RESTART Programme or Work and Health Programme. Go elsewhere and thank me later
