      Not a bad organisation to work for

      Pros

      I have been with the organisation nearly 6 months but have not yet passed probation . Its a good business generally , the staff are caring and sincere in trying to assist people to find worthwhile and sustainable jobs . The salary is ok for what the job is .

      Cons

      There is an awful amount of administration and learning about the systems , policies and the actual computer CRM system that is quite new . The job start and earnings targets seem stretched to me (even though I am relatively new to the work ).

      - lovely people - Monday to Friday schedule

      Cons

      - no sick leave until probation period is over which is a bit unreasonable - constantly understaffed - case load way more than promised at interview
