Pros

Benefits start at "HL2" which is 20-30 hours a week, and base pay is above minimum wage.

Cons

In short, everything else. Since they implemented a plan known as "O4G" or Organization for Growth, the care that used to be there for the employees is gone. Hours are down, which makes the whole operation harder to handle as the store is massive and customers can't get enough help. The checkout lanes are always backed up because there just aren't enough cashiers, due to the hour limitations. Customers are constantly frustrated and employees on the ground can barely take care of them because they are unequipped to do so. This makes the job exhausting and endlessly frustrating.

Overall, a mess.

Pros

Amazing PTO, great pay, benefits.

Cons

Favoritism, outdated technology, managers focused on what they want vs. what their team AND customer needs, very little room for advancement if you want to do anything in the creative realm. Unless your goals are to help customers through phone, email or social media forever, your goals are easily dismissed. Say goodbye to work/life balance if you work anywhere in the CSC.
