Good, until it wasn’t!

Pros

Good pay and benefits; path for promotions from within.

Cons

Regularly worked 12 - 14 hours per day, 6 days a week. My performance was always ranked above average, but once there was a change in management, my performance was suddenly questioned. New management wanted to bring in their own people and looked for ways to force me out. I contacted Human Resources for help, but it was clear they were more concerned about protecting the company than addressing the problem. The situation quickly became toxic; Once I left, I’ve never looked back…and I don’t regret it!

Pros

-They give you a long thorough training. - Good benefits. - Good training hours.

Cons

-You learn so much that you're not putting it to use until the day of your first call so it can all be so overwhelming and very confusing. -They start Customer Service Representative II at $18/hour definitely not worth it.

Pros

Working from home is really the only pro. Equipment provided

Cons

Everything. Terrible leadership, no room for growth until you’ve been with the company 18 months, overworked, compensation… I could go on. I’ve only been with the company 6 months and already wake up every morning dreading going in. Not only do they bait & switch with promises of a customer service role but they train you to do the job of 5 departments for the exact same pay you were hired in at. The real kicker is they have seasoned employees not fully trained. There are literally people doing the same job with the same pay that do half the work while newer employees get “up trained” in everything from tech support, pharmacy, escalations, claims and even enrollments. I have yet to meet a single person who’s not in management that says they like working there.
