Pros

Health benefits, entry level compensation, well being time

Cons

High turn-over rate (mass lay-offs every 2 years,) Salary information not available on job postings, Horrible HR (you never get a Human being on the phone to give you answers, always a "let me look into that for you" and a ticket is created which is followed up with a copy and paste of a corporate policy that typically does NOT answer the question, Not a lot of opportunity for advancement, nurses are glorified and all other helping professions are second-class citizens.

Pros

The health insurance is okay. If your supervisor likes you, you will not do any work or your work will consist of off the phone tasks while everyone else is answering back to back calls.

Cons

To make a long story short, the workload is unbalanced. Favoritism rules this department. If you are a favorite you will not do work while everyone else is being overworked. They do not treat pregnant women fairly. I had a friend that was told she had to cancel her Dr appt when she was in her third trimester because they were busy. I had another friend that was fired because she missed work due to a close relative passing. They fire their best employees because the supervisors did not like them or the best workers left because they were being over worked while those that had favoritism on their side barely worked and were promoted. There is no work/life balance. The work culture is toxic and messy. They expect you to treat higher ups (techs, trainers, supervisors, etc.) with respect while they can talk to you any way. If you do not mind being over worked and made to do mandatory every day, apply. If you want to stay in the same position for years with no to little pay increase, apply. If you want to be criticized (quality review) with no accurate or positive corrective action, apply.

Pros

Pay was good, flexible hours.

Cons

Leaders who gaslight- trying to convince you that after years of doing your job, you suddenly haven’t been doing it right it all. Creating issues out of literally everything you do. Trying to force you out, interfering when you try to leave the department.
