Micromanaging, Unrealistic and unfair metrics, terrible systems, you don’t get paid for all the work you do.

Pros

Excellent training, ability to move up quickly, everything really I have worked for this company for a few years now and I am still happy, pay increases yearly, pto, benefits, pay increases with promotions, when I started the pay was I think 18.50, now base pay is higher and I make more. I also work remotely.

Cons

There is no downside, except I should have started long before I did,
