It seems like it is a secure job and it is good salary wage. 42k for ISR role

Cons

- low team spirit -lot of changes and restructure -bad positioning in the sales market -doesnt have very good company culture - lack of talent - bad managment -micro managment

I have none to say, when I needed support the most everyone goes quiet. Very intrusive place of work but very lonely when you need support

Cons

High targets, low pay, unstructured and unbothered view, Operations are a complete mess. You cannot be excused for mistakes or missing target but there are only excuses to the mess of the set up, account alignment and lack of support when you need it the most. This place will never accept inside sales and its been proven time again. No consequece for field sales for obstuctive behaviour. Dont pay your commission when leaving despite efforts.

Exactly nothing. The cons are too many.

Cons

- you may not ask questions, if you do so then it costs your job - no organisation - payment of ticket restaurant took more than a month - not paying commission, only after I took legal action - microooooooo management as if they talk to children of 6-10 years - team leaders are former account managers without the skills to manage, poor attitude, dishonest, betrayal and they make deals with that manager in Madrid once they have to save their own skin
