Cons
It's a total mess. The new Inside Sales department was created with the idea of driving business, but its implementation into an old structure without clear and transparent explanations to employees who have worked in the company for 5-15 years was a mistake. The company is too big and moves very slowly, making it difficult to maneuver. Direct instruction on how to work comes from the US, where the market is completely different, and it cannot be implemented in the local EMEA market. Trying to prove its effectiveness is impossible.
