At this point in time, not many.

Cons

Failures on the transformation, on the global strategies and in the new adquisitions integration. They have lost the great culture on the customer focus, services and technology advantages. Lack of communication to the teams globally, with a huge impact for customers and partners.

Good salary and good people in general, but not decision makers.

Cons

Bad politics is killing the company. Top performers and specially women are under harassment. If you try to protect yourself and speak up, you will be fired and your promised bonuses for overachieving will be not payed out. No transparency and very not honest communication. If you try to protect yourself or your people you will be executed and eliminated immediately. Is not local management, but EMEA level and global level who make the decisions.

-Micromanagement on an absurd level - incompetent leadership starting with hub manager - if you have an extensive tech experience,you’ll be surrounded by bunch of low salary employees - false job description
