Paycheck ... we are working remote for awhile

Multiple CEO changes in just 3.5 years.... again MULTIPLE .. C...E....O....s... Communication is a disaster from management to staff... so many jobs have been outsourced out of the United States for cost savings, it has crippled the US teams due to increased cycle times/language barriers. Management still defends bullying culture as of 2020. Everyone is on edge it feels like in all units.

Legacy mindset. People are not open to new ideas or new ways of doing things. Silo culture and employees are not encouraged to share. During cross-functional engagements, employees share very limited information to secure their position. Lack of documentation and holding on to the information are used as a tool by old-timers to secure their job. Leadership is not engaged with the employees. Leadership is just busy to promote their personal agenda.
