CEO is all talk. Hasn’t delivered squat. CIO is totally lost in the cloud Next level management struggles to keep up with changing vision every sprint. They call this agility. Heard they are merging with the consulting that is already losing revenue.

Decent work-life balance, which is very important. Good benefits.

Cons

The new management wants to leave their mark- getting rid of all the legacy Hitachi people. Executive management is out of touch with what's going on in the field and the needs of the field. The onboarding process at Hitachi is a joke- there isn't one; new employees are left to figure things out on their own. No transparency from management. People are laid-off all the time and it's very rarely communicated. Lots of cheerleading from management about things going on, but morale is really down within company. No room for growth within company. It feels as though it's become a stopping point for many on their way to another job. Have laid off many great employees and lost others to competition.
