Pros

Multicultural, friendly environment , easy to get to by bus or train.

Cons

Not consistent with bonuses or salary increases, even when you have out performed and go over and above your required duties. Promotions are slow to come if they come at all. For example no matter how much work you do that is unrelated to your job you will still retain your current title although you have out grown your position with added responsibilities.

Pros

moved away from the selling culture and more on helping the customer

Cons

pay is poor, under staffed (end up doing 2 peoples jobs) which leads to unnecessary stress and managers with no people skills. Can see the Retail bank completely shrinking.
