-> Decent work-life balance. -> Good for initial careers. -> Cab transportation. -> Quite a few team events in some verticals.

Cons

-> Lowest payers in the area and industry -> Not conducive to internal mobility or career advancements -> Highly bureaucratic and politics oriented -> Management not too supportive/forward looking.
