Pros

The company offfers a competitive market salary plus perks such as monthly certificates for food, medicine, entertainment, etc; and discount for gyms. I found it an interesting workplace that promotes regional alignment of initiatives. I found it offers very reasonable work-life balance.

Cons

Very traditional way of thinking (not outside-the-box). Leadership really depends on the local CEO's vision of business and management so it cascades to Heads and VPs. Quality of labor force goes along the same lines: in my own experience I was often disappointed at the motivation and skill set of staff. High level of procedures and bureaucracy.
