Pros

The products are reasonable, some of the people are nice, and the security measures in place definitely do protect customers from fraud etc.

Cons

The service is okay at best. Some of the people they hire are unbelievable cold / stupid. The hold time for telephone banking is a nightmare- for staff and customers partly due to ridiculous departmental breakdowns, and that their overseas employees do not necessarily speak the common tongue very well.

Go elsewhere if you want advancement

Pros

Large company with opportunities in all areas and all over the world. Good benefit, tele commuting encouraged if you are not customer facing.

Cons

Slow moving, red tape everywhere. Very little room for advancement in middle level unless you are already a senior manager. Yearly layoffs, and usually handled very poorly.
