Pros

Great opportunity to develop

No work life balance. MANAGERS could stress you out to the maximum, not prepared to listen.

Pros

Not many anymore. Benefits package includes buy/sell holidays, healthcare, pension scheme. Shares scheme. Can't think of anything else!

Cons

Job security - so many departments have been offshored, also migrating to Birmingham. Communication is not transparent, job adverts are often misleading. Due to constant cost cutting invoked from the top, salaries are not great and the bonus scheme is not consistent across all areas. The expectation to often work extra hours, and pressure to always do more than your set tasks = no work/life balance
