Pros

Nothing as such other then they give good hike approx 10 to 15%. Variable pay is on and above your CTC.

Cons

1. Hopeless management infact no management at all. 2. They can fire anyone even the person who joined them couple of months back and not on performance basis. Just to meet target for there so called cost cutting. They did it recently and will be doing on regular basis. 3. Older employees treat new comers very badly. No metter how much experience you have and how senior you are. 4. None of the older employees wants to work they delegate all there work to vendors and treat them like vendors are there slaves.

Pros

Decent graduate scheme that took me around different areas of the business. Really found out about different areas of banking and the company. I then ended up as a Business Analyst, which was a good next step.

Cons

Limited training on the graduate scheme. Post the graduate scheme there was very limited progression and other opportunities within the company.

Pros

Good brand name Good networking opportunities Decent retail banking experience Great pay for interns Company benefits (gym, catering, prime London locations, compensated travel expenses)

Cons

Very limited wealth management experience Very limited opportunities to make a difference Highly simplistic task with the overall goal of showing "this is what a bank is", but your participation in the life of a bank is very limited (i.e. you don't do anything that provides decent value for bank) Was assigned to work 4 weeks for charity activities, instead of proper 4 weeks of wealth management experience
