Pros

Staff discount is 25% off H&M and their other brands, even on sale items. Nice offices in a central location.

Cons

Short lunches and breaks. Not the best organised and not much planning. I think this is the same in all call centre but others said this was better.

Pros

Decent salary, especially if you work with a foreign language. Cool teammates. Employee discounts. Hybrid workplace.

Cons

A lot of processes could be optimized. Some markets really need more agents to be able to deal with the amount of work without burning out. Online sales always cause long delivery delays, which infuriates the customers who call.
