Everything else ! Less projects Limited clients They hire madly forecasting future projects, put you on bench and fire you if the project is not converted by the company. Worst management, worst studios,worst job security. They have silently fired many employees in 2023 from all the studios over a call with immediate effect. dont go by the glassdoor reviews and dont join this org if you want to stay stressfree and want job security

1. Project allocation is completely random. You may get testing job or security job without any formal training if you're Devops Engineer. When you raise the issue you will demotivated by your career leader that testing is part of CICD and security is essentials everywhere so try to reskills. 2. No training modules: They just give you udemy licences for one month if you ask foSr training. No real project training for those who are not familiar with some tech-stack. 3. Sometimes you have to sit till 11 PM without Night Shift Allowances. 4. They don't have good clients in CLoudOps studio, so most of the projects are copy paste only or support. 5. No voucher for certifications (except Azure). 6. Role change is almost imposible here because of studio culture. Means if you join as developer or Devops you cant be Data Scientiest and vice-versa. 7. Appreciation and kudos only for certain people in studio ( The creamy layers one) 8. Leave of 1.6 days do credit on every month. So in emergency you have to do loss of pay since advance leave system is not here. 9. Interior of Hinjewadi office is good but you can find people talking in marathi everywhere so not good for North or South Indian to colide with local public. 10. They dont treat good if youre serving Notice Period (Just like any Baniya shop).
