Good Pay and can work from home

Cons

Globant is a racist company. I was disgusted how the employers of certain ethnicity talked to or talked about others and management wasn't any better at fixing the situation. I would not recommend this company, especially if you're trying to grow.

Good policies, fair pay, ok managers

Cons

- No growth - No fixed interval of hike - Always excuse of business for hikes and role changes - Managers are liars, always make fake promises - I left in 7 months, before joining they made lot of promises but nothing in reality - No one takes talks seriously, I sent multiple emails for promises made to me while joining no one care even after I decide to leave - .net people please do not join this company - Fake management and not so clever clients asks to slog on weekends - Be prepared to be scapegoat for someone else's sin - Big US client, higher management is ruthless and non-technical - Technical directors are slightly technical project managers - I hate this company - I had good offer but they made multiple efforts to onboard me and later no one showed off
