Cons
Office politics - you wouldn't realise if you are mid level developer, but as you grow you will be annoyed. Salary hikes are different for different people and projects even if you are the best performer. Your growth depends on how much you contribute to the studio initiatives, outside of project work. Even if you deliver the best of the best, your work will be judged based on your contribution. The focus on these initiatives is growing each day as the company grows. Too many people are getting hired, so value of employee is decreasing. Management not able to handle too many requirements and are now overlooking quality while hiring. Easy to get in now. There are a lot of small projects so project keeps changing. If you are lucky, you might get a good project. But if you get a bad one, you are stuck for atleast 6 months.
