      Globant India is a worst company to work with. please do not join on the basis of good reviews. every 1 bad review they force employees to post good reviews. - no appraisals since last 2 years. - The leaders are partial and toxic. If you are good performer you are threat to the leaders & team members. -The Goa trip is not from company side. For 3-4 months they deduct 2k as Goa trip deduction. - They didn't go for mass lay off they just fire employees one by one giving one day notice and make it a performance issue. - don't get influenced by social media presence as employees are forced to post good things about globant it's a trap. - there strategy is to frustrate the employees by constantly telling them they are not good performer while the reality is that there is no work and no projects. Only favourite employees get the work. - If you take even one leave they target you by giving unnecessary tasks. No work life balance

      They are having hire and fire policy, reviews on social media about globant is totally fake,in fact in the company also they keep hide multiple things for reputation purpose and fire employees smartly. They conduct a meeting called "All Hands" and told employees that we are not firing we are just removing those employees who are not able to adapt change.

      Cons

      Please do not join globant ,you will regret. Till the time you have project you are safe until and unless budget will not affect you, They will fire at any moment of time ,and will not give a chance to give client interview, if your performance is very good still they will fire you with another reason that for your skillset we don't have project for 5 to 6 months.

      The people were very nice

      It was miserable working in the US for a company that has no idea how to do business in the US. People were set up for failure again and again by either relocating to the US not understating the market or getting hired for a "full time" job in the US only to realize that they are basically doing contracted project work. I don't know how many people I saw be fired because projects would end and the company could no longer employ them. It was sad and a terrible way to treat people.
