      Pros

      A lot of the people at lower levels of management are cool. It's upper management who frustrate me.

      Cons

      the company is managed poorly, has poor pay, and benefits are frustrating. Went from working for an awesome small company, to getting acquired, to getting sent on lame projects in small teams. Felt like I no longer worked for any company, didn't get to work with any coworkers. Don't work here.

      Pros

      Only infrastructure which only freshers likes. Laptop to everyone.

      Cons

      Laptops are given to all employee but it is of no use. Employee can not work from home until Manager agree & for that you have to justify number of times. HR & Higher management don't have visibility what they are doing & about future which directly impacts the Employee's career. You wont be able to work in single project more than month. Very frequent changes in Project allocation Most IMP: Company placing Paid positive reviews in IT industry. One of my friend has filed fraud case against this Company. And company is still struggling to get out from that.

      If you can't find job south of the equator its a good place to work.

      Cons

      Horrible culture that doesnt care about employees only the bottom line. They are only focused on making money for upper management and stock holders.
