Below is my experience with India Cloud Ops Studio 1. You will hear EDGE tech names like "Serverless, Containers, AWS, SecurityOps" in meetings but in reality very skilled employees are forced to work on scrap 2003 generation tech and 16 BIT applications, just for sake of BILLING (Do you know what career means?). You will hear great project names which never starts. 2. These people are struggling to get good projects. The known excuse is "There is not enough capacity yet" (Nice work hiding your lack of client engagement skills). You feel safe for few months on bench doing POC work. then the nagging starts to get billed. You end up working for something that will kill your potential. 3. Always Client First approach, even they are unreasonable. Rich and arrogant clients are just pampered here. Zero attention to employees comforts in projects. Unbelievable project fitments. 4. Rushed hiring of "{ unskilled people }" to satisfy the Rich client's project needs so they can start charging money. Hardworking employees get burned covering up for there mistakes. 5. The main philosophy of elders is "Pressurize the employees, only then they will work good" 6. Zero Motivations. No career path everyone is in denial that "We are improving!!"

Like many others reviews, this company is not for you (no matter how qualified and talent you are) if you are not frhiom Argentina. HR and Management only do not take care of employees unless you are from Argentina. Top positions are only taken by them and clear career path only for them, that why they last more than one year at Globant and also because of their visas (L1)
