Flexible work schedule. Good infrastructure. Laptop for everybody. Bus service. Clean and well maintained office.
Cons
Horrible managers in the company. They treat people badly. No nothing but act intelligent. I worked here when it was Clarice but the days are gone and I left after culture changed for bad. I find the recent review mentioned here very true. It displays the sentiments all have about company. It is true it has become horrible with time - HR, project management and technical all going down. I hear from my friends that still work here that they want to hire in large quantities when the market is firing. Good luck with that Globant!! You are not gonna get people for sure with the way you are handling the existing talent. Lot of politics has creeped into the company which is why I left. If you are looking to join Globant then please read this review of mine. Don't join here and spoil your carrier.
