      Pros

      enthusiastic people joins, they later convert to frustrated employees

      Cons

      no career paths, unclear management, they lie to their new hires about the project they's be assigned to, unhealthy work conditions, no investment on training, promotions are assigned per friendship and not merit, low bar to hire, the list goes on

      Good infrastructure That's it and nothing else.

      Cons

      Not employee friendly at all. Lots of politics and work is not rewarded. Your job is only safe if you are extremely friendly with your manager. Complete mismanagement. Not the place to be especially if you have other offers. They also ask employees to give good rating so that they can build their brand. Don't be mislead by their rating as many of the good ratings are not for Globant India specifically.

      We get salary on time. Situated in phase 1

      No good projects No long term projects People kee you switching on projects. No guarantee of career path. It may be case that you will not get Salary hike. Technical directors starts troubling to people once they want to throw them out. Worst company to join They try to lucrate new joinees with name of google and pretending that it is a product company and deals in advanced technologies. Waste of time. Coming to beauty of office for thousand people anyone can have such beautifull office. Let us dare to have same office for lakh employess. Before few years they were good in digital transformation But now competitiors have overtaken them. India unit is struggling for billing
