Pros
Benefits: sport card, private healthcare, pool table, board game nights, trainings, work conditions and equipment and lots of more :) Most important is atmosphere, really friendly and helpful people they want to share their knowledge and with no doubt will help you if you need it
Cons
Probably the worst city in Poland, sometimes you need to wait a bit to be assigned to project and some of them aren't developed in top-notch technologies
