      Pros

      Nice work/life balance Some helpful people, but it is not default

      Cons

      Lots of projects, whereas almost all of them are using useless technology. Much more worried about fill positions than develop something with quality and value for their clients. They are bringing A LOT of Brazilians to work with very, very, very low wages, and with no proper evaluation of skills. So is usual to work with people (not only brazilians) with less experience than you and don't even know what is a "SUDO" command, but gain more than you. You HAVE TO use windows.

      -Quality of life as you can live in Spain?

      Cons

      -They will explore you when they make a offer salary (do not accept less that you really need) -They offer trainnings for you, with internal employees, with no experience as instructors. -They are hiring a lot of foreign people with lower salary

      Pros

      As a big company the company provides a lot of trainings, especially for the newcomers. Lot of projects for big clients.

      Cons

      Company it's too big and cannot manage itself. Everything is very bureaucratic and slow. They provide poor computers for you to work. Work in a Virtual Machine without internet. Bad culture for technical people. They just care about the hours and how they are going to bill the client
