I would like to express that we in GFT do not tolerate any kind of sexual harassment or discriminatory conduct, and we take your comment very seriously. We have been actively training all employees on how to recognize and report such cases. This is not only to mitigate and prevent, but also to take actions if real case situation happens. Every GFT employee is obliged to sign and comply with policies, which act against sexual harassment and any kind of discriminatory conduct.
