      The team is very mixed by there are a lot of young professionals. The company is international and there are possibilities to work on international projects. Personal responsibility is encouraged - since the company is growing fast, there are good carreer opportunities.

      Cons

      On critical projects, one may have to work very long hours. On the other side, these hours can be compensated by holiday after the project.
