Shifting priorities, changing structure often (3 times in the last 2 years) changing teams and journals as often.

Poor management and communication with employees. Massive lay-off process was totally unexpected.

Handling redundancies is never easy, particularly with different legal requirements in different countries and we communicated as regularly and transparently as local legislation allowed.
