- more than standard 20 days of holidays

Cons

- many employees are requested to start as interns just so the company can save money - in reality they just do the regular job without much training, - lack of consistency (lots of changes), - incompetent managers, - retention rate is very low.

- Very sociable, friendly environment - Company spirit - A good work-life balance, flexible hours and opportunities to work from home - Manageable workload - Innovated and future-forward thinking - Passionate about the world of science publishing - Various learning and personal development opportunities - The internships available are great for those who would like to experience what it's like to work in this industry

Cons

It doesn't seem that there are many (up-wards) levels of progression within the company. However, this is not something which is exclusive to Frontiers - rather a common feature of other publishers and the publishing industry in general.
