      Home-based, flexible working hours and great people.

      Cons

      Constant changes with no time to work on improvements, leading to miscommunication among teams, lack of consistency in customer services and consequent issues that make work difficult to all. Managers need better knowledge of company processes.

Standardizing SOPs was a particular focus for 2023 - and is an ongoing project this year - and this inevitably brings about change.       Remote, reasonable salary for starters, some managers are very nice and supportive, some career growth, some nice people, some good company benefits.

      Cons

      Strict managements, unreasonable expectations, employees exploitation ( work done faster = more work for you ), favouritism sometimes, retaliation.
