      Pros

      Remote work, ok salaries, long PTO for Spain standards

      Cons

      Massive layoffs as a result of bad decisions made by UM and C levels. No SOPs and terrible communication at all times. The company claims layoffs will result in a "leaner organization", yet not a single manager/lead has been made redundant and the number of teams remains the same. Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being sold to another publisher.
