      Anxiety permeates from the top down, it’s disguised in positive language and can-do posturing but it’s rooted in aggressive anxiety

      Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed working with your team. Last year did cause some anxiety as we went through an uncertain period with redundancies. However we have stabilized and our usual positive and motivating culture is back in place.
