Pros

Flexible working hours Lovely workers community Very talented people

Cons

The company this 2023 has completely lost its focus. Major internal restructuring process that translates into chaos and absolute lack of organization. Mental targets that do not allow results based on quality to be obtained. New HR head with poor strategies to keep the employee community satisfied. A company that started very well, but its growth and ambition is slowly destroying it.

Pros

Good money and decent benefits

Cons

The spread of employees across the world makes it really difficult to make connections with people. You most likely will never meet the people you work with in real life because they've taken away every opportunity to do this as the company has grown. There is a toxic positivity culture which feels cultish, they call all of the staff "Frontons", and act like they're saving the world whilst the specialists who actually work directly with the researchers and editors have to put up with constant complaints about the processes and policies. They also introduced recent policies that are borderline discrimination and made a lot of people very uncomfortable following. Also constant changes happen and are communicated badly and no time is given to see if the change is working before they change it again. Targets are also way too high and are not changed when policies are put in place that make them harder to meet, you're just expected to work twice as hard.
