Good office space and location. HR is really looking after the employees but

Very low salaries compared to the Suiss market. No matter which department everyone starts at the same salary. There is no yearly increase in the salary.

Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and room for personal initiative if you are in the right team: it offers a lot for scientists looking for a first experience out of academia. Flexibility in terms of working hours with possibility of smart working. Friendly, young and relaxed environment.

Cons

Senior management does not necessarily comprise the most valuable people, rather people who have stayed there the longest. Retention rate is a big issue.
