Pros

I've been at Frontiers for 6 months but feel I've been working here for years due to the great Team I have and overall company's focus and their values. I settled into my role fast with the help of my amazing team colleagues and managers which helped me enormously. It is a fast paced Company and two days are never the same always evolving which I love about my role.

Cons

The only cons for me was being bombarded with Induction emails in the first two weeks but that was due to the fact I had a handover with a former employee who was leaving the Company in the same time and I had to quickly get into grips of what's happening in the role and Company. Overall, this is the only Company with a comprehensive Induction program I've ever done and was amazed when I finally caught up with all my emails. It helped me a great deal to know fully about the Company and their internal processes.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, including bonuses and one time allowances for things like tech equipment for home desks. Total flexibility on remote work. No quotas to work from the office imposed, plus the ability to work up to 90 days from anywhere in EU and the world. 25 days off/year. Fun people, we did a lot of Frontiers subsidised ski or summer weekends in CH.

Cons

Fast pace environment, which is not an issue in and of itself, but it put most people and especially managers under a lot of pressure and quite often this led to rush and questionable decisions. The culture tilts a little too much on the side of be your on own guide and mentor. That works well for some, but given the staff is very young at times it feels like a lot of people just wing it and are a little lost.
