      - Has grown from nothing in 2008 to 6th largest and 3rd most cited academic publisher in the world since 2022 - dynamic place! - Still thinks like a start-up: anything can change; continuous improvement and growth are the main foci; opportunities for you to drive change where you see the need - Very nice people working there: best teams I've ever worked in, really passionate and committed

      - Change is constant and can cause change fatigue - if you apply here, be sure you're up for adaptation without stress - High rate of growth between 2021-23 (more than doubled in staff numbers) has left some problems with structure and cohesion, which are being addressed now, but a bit backwards (like re-building the foundations to stop the building falling over after you built it too tall).
