Training and development was well thought out and there were plenty of opportunities here

Cons

The journal specialist role was very sales-y. Great if you're into that but the job description and interview process are a bit misleading and some people take on the role not realising that.

Pros

The workplace is suitable for experienced professionals. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. A permanent work-from-home option

Cons

A lot of changes are currently happening at the management level at the moment. Redundancies that happened in early 2024 are part of it. The company is currently trying to regain the pace and trust of the current employees.
