Pros

Work from home, good relationships in my team.

Cons

Absolutely insane management that led to the layoff of half the company. Upper management tries to sell a culture of "we're thriving together" to the rest of the workers, and everyone is expected to pour their soul into the company's mottos. General fakeness and gaslighting.

Thank you for sharing your comments. It’s true that we faced the difficult decision to make layoffs last year - a step we consider only as a last resort. Our senior management team acted responsibly to protect the long-term stability of the company. Since then, our mission-driven culture has played a crucial role in helping us move forward. Many employees continue to highlight this culture as one of the most rewarding aspects of working at Frontiers.
