Pros

The colleagues are amazing—supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help. Work-life balance is a priority here, and it shows in how the workload is managed and flexibility is offered.

Cons

The only area for improvement would be communication from higher management, but it’s clear they are actively working on this, and progress is being made.

Pros

Flexibility, mostly working from home. The teams were international which means we were all speaking English.

Cons

Lack of transparency. Numerous poor decisions negatively affect employee motivation. Communication skills are excellent, but other professional skills are lacking.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We are surprised to hear that you feel there is a lack of transparency, when we frequently communicate around all aspects of Frontiers. We do take your comments on board, however, and will continue to ensure that all decisions are clearly communicated and understood by all team members.
