      Pros

      some great leaders, but in very small pockets.

      Cons

      an executive briefing center in boston (near where the ceo lives) and not where the actual executives are (austin) lots of metrics that measure activity, not outcomes lots and lots of turnover. even for cybersecurity lots of money spent everywhere but on employees. free bagel fridays don't make up for treating your people poorly.

      Pros

      The bills get paid because Raytheon is there to back Forcepoint. With everyone leaving you can move up and then out.

      Cons

      The company lacks the knowledge to build a product worth buying. The only reason why companies keep the software is because it's too hard to replace and they cut the price.
